1. The Nature of Handcrafted Goods

Every Paulina handbag is crafted by hand using natural materials.

• Natural Variations: You acknowledge that leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, and slight color nuances are characteristics of the material, not defects. These marks are proof of the leather’s authenticity.

• Digital Representation: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

2. Availability & Allocation

Due to the artisanal nature of our production:

• Inventory: Products are often produced in limited runs. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. The item is only secured once checkout is completed.

• Waitlists: Joining a waitlist for a "Sold Out" or "Allocated" item does not guarantee the right to purchase. Allocation is at the discretion of the brand based on availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• We reserve the right to change pricing without notice; however, the price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or placed by an unauthorized reseller.

• Signature Required: All Paulina shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.

• Risk: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If you utilize a freight forwarder, our liability ends upon delivery to that forwarder.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Standard Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in pristine, unused condition with the security tag attached.

• Bespoke/Monogrammed: Items that have been customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to the Paulina logo, photography, text, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Paulina and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws
